After your site is selected, you’ll complete pre-construction planning and start build out of your new Romp n’ Roll. Our planning and construction partners are Cushman & Wakefield, who will help with site selection and broker support and F.C. Dadson for pre-construction and construction support.

After your site is selected, you’ll complete pre-construction planning and start build out of your new Romp n’ Roll. Our planning and construction partners are Cushman & Wakefield, who will help with site selection and broker support and F.C. Dadson for pre-construction and construction support.

Your Romp n’ Roll center will be between 3,200 and 3,500 square feet and located in Type A retail space. A center layout includes an entry and check-in area, Rompy’s House, a gym and music room, a separate art room and storage space.

To make construction as painless as possible F.C. Dadson delivers store-in-a-box pre-construction and construction services. Their turnkey, interior build-out program gets locations open for business quickly and cost-effectively.

Their team provides a seamless, streamlined program that assures Romp n’ Roll brand compliance, construction administration and professional project management. Services they provide include design and space planning, fixture manufacturing, fulfilment and construction management, finishing with logistics and nationwide installation.
